Only food with a greater lead time than 24 hours may be cancelled.
Returns are not accepted.
We aim to serve you with the highest standard of service. Should your order not meet your expectations then we may refund part or all of your order or give a credit towards your next order.
Should you wish to make a complaint, please contact us within an hour of receiving your order, and ask to speak to the duty manager. Each complaint is considered on its own merit, refunds and cancellations are at the discretion of the duty manager.
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process card refunds.
